Mum & Baby Yoga
***Please note that I am currently taking a break from teaching yoga classes as I am travelling extensively. I will be resuming them in the summer of 2018. Watch this space!****
The classes are suitable from birth and promote postnatal healing to aid recovery from labour, birth and pregnancy. It is suitable for complete beginners and is gentle enough for caesarean recovery. We do interactive moves with your baby to ensure this class is interesting for both you and your little one. Keeping toned but also staying relaxed helps foster good sleeping for both of you. Classes cost £8.50 for a single class.
Tickets can be used for any class I run (Pregnancy Yoga, Mum & Baby Yoga, Mums’ Relaxed Night Off and General Yoga).
The classes run during term time only – see below for a list of term dates.
What to wear
Wear soft, comfy clothes like leggings and t-shirt/jumper.
What to bring
It is useful to bring a small blanket for your baby to lie on.

Follow the path to the main entrance (Door 2), instead of going inside turn right and follow the outside of the building, round a corner to the opposite corner of the building. There is a Fire Exit on the left just before you reach the field – this is the step-free entrance. If you get lost just give me a ring or go back to Door 2 and press the bell numbered A – Integrated Youth.
